We offer a one-stop, full-service solution for healthcare staffing, including the recruitment and deployment of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). I. Personal Support Worker (PSW) Services

Our PSWs are trained and certified to provide hands-on personal care, including:

  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and grooming.

  • Mobility support: transferring, positioning, and use of mobility aids.

  • Monitoring and reporting: observing client conditions and reporting changes to supervisors or nurses.

  • Companionship and emotional support: fostering dignity, respect, and a safe environment.

  • Light housekeeping related to patient care: laundry, tidying rooms, preparing meals based on dietary plans.

  • Culturally competent care, including language support (Chinese-speaking PSWs available).

II. Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Services

RPNs are regulated professionals who provide clinical care under medical direction, including:

  • Medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

  • Implementing care plans and documenting patient progress.

  • Assisting with treatments and procedures within their scope of practice.

  • Coordinating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Health education and counseling for patients and families.

  • Supporting infection prevention and control protocols.

  • Bilingual service availability for improved communication with diverse patient populations.

III. Registered Nurse (RN) Services

RNs take on leadership and critical care responsibilities, including:

  • Comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic decision-making.

  • Development and oversight of individualized care plans.

  • Clinical supervision of RPNs and PSWs, ensuring consistent quality of care.

  • Advanced wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other complex procedures.

  • Care coordination with physicians, specialists, families, and external providers.

  • Crisis management and triage, especially in high-acuity settings.

  • Training and mentoring of junior staff and students when applicable.

Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes

Staff Recruitment and Deployment
  • Sourcing and screening of qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).

  • Matching candidates with suitable facilities based on skills, certifications, language proficiency, and client needs.

  • Supporting both short-term replacements and long-term full-time assignments across long-term care (LTC) homes, retirement residences, and private homes.
