Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes

We offer full-service solutions and staff replacement for healthcare staffing, tailored to meet the diverse needs of long-term care, retirement residences, and private care facilities.

Staff Recruitment and Deployment
  • Sourcing and screening of qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).

  • Matching candidates with suitable facilities based on skills, certifications, language proficiency, and client needs.

  • Supporting both short-term replacements and long-term full-time assignments across long-term care (LTC) homes, retirement residences, and private homes.

Training and Development
  • Orientation and onboarding sessions aligned with Ontario's LTC standards.

  • Continued education and workshops on topics such as infection control, dementia care, palliative support, and cultural sensitivity.
